Before the users can receive messages on a given topic, they should subscribe to it. The subscriptions can be added by clicking on Notification and then selecting Topics.

When the user subscribes to the topic, one or more delivery options should be chosen for the messages. For example, if a manager wants to receive only SMS notifications about the expense forms, SMS should be chosen in the subscription.

Users can view, edit and delete their subscriptions by selecting Subscriptions from the left panel.
