J2ME CDC profile does not include any application provisioning. ITAnyplace has developed a Download Manager to assist in provisioning of ITAnyplace J2ME CDC applications. The Download Manager works with ITAnyplace's JSR 124 based application provisioning capability.

The user should first download the Download Manager by pointing the browser to the ITAnyplace server through CDC devices. Click 'Download Manager for J2ME CDC' and follow the instructions on the screen.

Now launch the Download Manager. Enter userid and password and make sure that the manager is pointing to the correct provisioning server by setting it under Config. Incorrect authentication or provisioning server url will result in 0 available apps. Only J2ME CDC apps are shown to the user. Click on Download and hit Refresh to see available apps.
