ITAnyplace J2ME CDC Client has 3 main components:
Please ensure that a J2ME CDC Java Virtual Machine is installed on the device and is in the path. The client does not install the JVM and uses the default jvm of the device. Devices like Nokia Series 80 include the JVM but the jvm has to be installed separately for many Windows Mobile devices. We have tested the client on Windows Mobile with Web Sphere Everyplace Micro Environment (WEME) Personal Profile 1.0 (J9) JVM. Its trial copy is available at
http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/websphere/zones/wireless/weme_eval_runtimes.html
Install WEME.Unzip a file “weme-wm50-arm-ppro10_6.1.0.20060317-111429” and transfer its content to root say \J9 directory on your Windows Mobile device.
You can install the client through Download Manager. See Download Manager for J2ME CDC Device section to install the Download Manager. Select CDC Client Library and hit install. This will add a lib folder to your install directory and place all required jars in it.

Note: Client Library will not be visible in Installed Apps after the install.
