Available delivery options are defined by the superusers. To manage delivery options, click on Notification tab in the administration console and then select Delivery options. A delivery option should be added for each adapter in notificationadapters.xml. Id and Name of the option should be the same as that of the adapter defined in notificationadapters.xml.

By default, ITAnyplace comes with 3 delivery options: Email, SMS, StoreAndForward.
